Jason and I went to the first class today and had a lot of fun doing some random stuff. Kimber was there again and talked about the class again, the application process, and that everything we would need would be on the website. Although there wasn’t too much new stuff, there were a couple things that were talked about that were quite interesting.

With a primary goal of uniting all of the resources related to entrepreneurship, the Stanford Entrepreneurship Network, in my mind, has done a very good job at beginning this process. The site is easy to navigate, and provides information about entrepreneurship groups, events, resources, and a unique program called Coaches-on-Call. There is a blog created by Christina Harvett, but it hasn’t been updated within the past month. An overview of my thoughts are as follows:

From February 22nd to the 29th, Stanford is having a week full of entrepreneurial fun! I noticed the Entrepreneurship Week website while surfing sometime early in my Winter Break, but just recently have I had the time to check out everything the site has to offer. I’m super excited for this week to come around and I’ve been marking the times for all of the activities in my calendar. What’s interesting to note is that the Gumball Capital/Challenge group was born through the Innovation Tournament, which is the main activity throughout the week. Here’s a quick synopsis of Entrepreneurship Week.
